Shop with confidence. If something arrives faulty, or you simply change your mind, our Dubai team makes returns straightforward and fair.

7-Day Replacement on Defective Items

Filmed your unboxing? Your replacement is guaranteed.

If you record a video while opening your parcel and find a damaged or missing item, we approve your free replacement straight away, no questions asked. A video is the fastest route, but it is not the only one. You can still claim a fault without it, and we will diagnose the issue with you.

1.Defective or damaged on arrival

If a product is damaged in transit or arrives not working (dead on arrival), we replace it free of charge.

Report within 7 days. Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order so we can act quickly.
Send proof. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and a photo or short video of the fault. An unboxing video gets your claim approved immediately.
Quick diagnosis. Our technical team troubleshoots with you first. Many issues are settings or pairing and clear up without a return.
We cover the shipping. For a confirmed defective claim, OMNI Smart covers the cost of return and replacement delivery within the UAE.

2.Change of mind or unwanted items

Ordered the wrong item, or no longer need it? You can return it under the following fair-usage terms.

Unopened and unused. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging. We cannot accept items where the seal is broken, or the device has been installed or mounted.
Within 7 days. Change-of-mind returns must be started within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds after this 7-day period.
Shipping is not refundable. Original delivery charges and return shipping are not refunded. The customer arranges and pays for return shipping.
10% restocking fee. A 10% restocking fee is deducted from the refund to cover packaging and handling.

3.Warranty claims

Faults that appear after the return window are handled under your product warranty, not as a return.

Covered for 12 months

4.How to return an item

Two ways to get your item back to us across the UAE.

Drop off by appointment

Hand the product to our UAE team in person. Message us first and we will arrange a time and location in Dubai or Sharjah.

Courier return

Pack the item securely, avoid taping directly onto the product box, and include your order number inside the parcel. We will share the return address once your return is approved.

5.How refunds are processed

Timing and method

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued within 7 to 14 working days. Refunds are made only to the original payment method used for the order. Card and bank payments are returned to the same card or account. Shipping charges, both the original delivery and the return, are not refunded.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes the rights you hold under UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020). Where those rights apply, they take precedence over any term here.
