Every device we supply and install across Dubai and Sharjah is covered against defects in materials and workmanship, backed by a local UAE team you can actually reach.

We value your trust in OMNI Smart products and stand behind their quality. This warranty applies to products purchased from omnismart.me or installed by our UAE team, and it runs for 12 months from the date your order is delivered or your installation is completed, whichever is later.

Please inspect and test your products as soon as they arrive, and keep your original invoice or order number safe. Proof of purchase is required for every warranty claim.

1.What is covered

If a fault is down to the product or our own workmanship, we put it right at no charge within the 12-month period.

Manufacturing defects

Faults in materials or assembly that appear under normal, intended use.

Component failure

Internal parts that stop working through no fault of yours during the 12 months.

Our installation work

Anything we fitted that develops a fault traced to faulty workmanship on our part.

Connectivity faults

WiFi, Zigbee or firmware faults that sit inside the device, not your network setup.

2.What is not covered

A warranty is not a damage policy. In line with standard manufacturer terms, the following fall outside coverage.

Physical damage

Drops, impacts, cracks or damage from accidents, mishandling or improper installation.

Repair or tamper attempts

Any opening, modification or repair by the customer or a technician outside our UAE team.

Wiring & installation faults

Incorrect wiring or poor electrical connections from installation not done by us.

Electrical faults & surges

Over-voltage, under-voltage or an unstable power supply outside the product's rated limits.

Burn marks & short circuits

Burn damage or short-circuit damage caused by misuse, faulty wiring, water or heat.

Wear, cosmetics & setup

Normal wear, scratches, fading, plus units that work but will not pair with unsupported devices.

3.How to submit a claim

Contact us first. Many issues are settings or pairing and clear up remotely, with no need to send anything in.

Reach out

Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number plus a photo or short video of the fault.

Remote check

We troubleshoot first. If it cannot be solved remotely, we book the unit in for inspection.

Send it in

Drop the product to our UAE service centre in person, or by courier. Bring or attach the original invoice.

Inspection

Our service centre tests the unit and confirms the cause of the fault before any repair.

Transport to the service centre

If the product is not covered by an active OMNI Smart maintenance contract, delivery to our service centre is arranged at the customer's expense. Customers on an active maintenance contract are covered for collection. Once a claim is confirmed as a covered defect, we return the repaired or replacement unit to you at our cost.

Proof of purchase is required

The original invoice or order number must accompany every claim. Products received without proof of purchase cannot be accepted for evaluation.

4.Inspection & outcome

All returned items are tested at the OMNI Smart UAE service centre to identify the cause of the fault.
If the fault is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we repair the unit free of charge. If the repair is unsuccessful, we replace it with the same item, subject to stock availability.
If the fault is found to be caused by an external factor listed in section 2, the item is returned without replacement.
Replacement parts may be new or equivalent to new. A repaired or replaced item continues under the remainder of the original 12-month warranty only. A repair or replacement does not extend or restart the warranty period. For example, if one month of cover remains at the time of repair, one month of cover remains afterwards.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred to a new owner.

5.Your responsibilities

Have installation carried out by our team or a qualified, licensed electrician.
Use a stable, recommended power source to avoid electrical damage.
Operate and maintain each product in line with its manual.
Keep your original invoice or order confirmation for the full warranty period.

Maintenance is a separate service

This warranty covers defects, not scheduled upkeep. Out-of-warranty support and annual maintenance contracts are available exclusively through omnismart.me and are offered as a separate paid service. For a change-of-mind return rather than a defect, see our Refund & Returns policy.

Your statutory rights

Repair or replacement is the remedy provided under this warranty, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes the rights you hold under UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020). Where those rights apply, they take precedence over any term here.
