We supply genuine Tuya and Smart Life switches in 1 to 4 gang, sized for UAE 220-240V wiring, and fit them ourselves with a one-year warranty.
What is a smart switch?
A smart switch replaces your normal wall switch and adds app, voice and schedule control to the lights and fans already wired to it, without changing your bulbs. It’s the cleanest way to make a whole room smart while keeping a familiar wall control everyone can use.
Smart switches come in 1, 2, 3 and 4 gang to match your existing switch plates. Ours are official Tuya and Smart Life devices designed for UAE 220 to 240V wiring, and they work with Google Home, Apple HomeKit, Alexa and Smart Life. Pair them with RGB lights and sensors for full lighting automation.
Do smart switches need a neutral wire in the UAE?
Most smart switches need a neutral wire to power their WiFi module, and the good news is that modern UAE villa and apartment wiring usually has a neutral present at the switch box. Where it doesn’t, common in some older fit-outs, we supply no-neutral switch models or an alternative so you still get full smart control. Our team confirms your wiring during the free survey before fitting.

Which gang configuration do you need?
- 1 gang: single light point such as a bedroom or balcony.
- 2 gang: two circuits, e.g. ceiling light + fan.
- 3 & 4 gang: living rooms and majlis with multiple light zones.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will a smart switch fit my existing UAE switch box?
In most cases yes, smart switches use standard sizes that fit common UAE back-boxes. For very shallow boxes we use a slim relay module behind the existing switch. Our team checks fit during the survey.
Can the switch still be used manually?
Yes. Smart switches keep a physical touch or button control, so anyone can use the wall switch normally even without the app. Smart control is an addition, not a replacement.
What happens to my lights if the WiFi goes down?
The switch keeps working manually and your lights operate as normal. Schedules and remote control pause until WiFi returns, then resume automatically. The switch never stops controlling the light.
Do I need a hub or gateway?
WiFi smart switches connect directly to your router, no hub needed. Zigbee models need a small gateway, which we supply if you choose that protocol for a larger, more robust mesh.
Can I control fans as well as lights?
Yes. Smart switches control lighting circuits and many fan circuits. For fan speed control we recommend a dedicated smart fan switch, which we can include in your quote.
Do you fit smart switches or only supply them?
Both. Because smart switches involve mains wiring, our UAE team fits and configures them and sets up your app scenes. We supply official Tuya and Smart Life switches with a 1-year warranty.
